 We had master bathroom pipes burst over Christmas while we were out of town. Apparently so did everyone else. We could not get a restoration company to come for over two weeks. Then we called Compass Restoration. Thankfully, they came the next day and we were on our way to a complete restoration of our master bath and our finished basement where the water had caused the ceiling to collapse. Conrad, Dwayne, and Gary kept on top of everything that needed done. Dwayne and Gary were there working every day until completion. Gary was mostly the wood guy (they both reconstructed our custom bar) while Dwayne did all the painting. We had had an unusual paint style on our walls, so Dwayne researched how to create the same effect and did a tremendous job, even redoing a large section of the wall after I decided I didn't like the paint color I had chosen! He always emphasized that I was the one who had to like it. If not, he would redo, which he did! They worked every day and always cleaned up before leaving. I had no reservations about having them in my house. I sometimes left the door unlocked for them if I wouldn't be home. We are thrilled with all the work they did. Our finished basement/bar looks wonderful and is a testament to the type of work they do. Dwayne is also a custom artist and created an even more beautiful mural in a "window" we had on our wall. Conrad kept in touch throughout the process, checking in often to see how all was progressing. Unbeknownst to me at the time, Compass had remodeled a friend's kitchen beautifully. I highly recommend Compass Restoration for any restoration or remodeling work needed. I know I'm keeping them on speed dial. They do return calls quickly and, they work well with the insurance company! They are a very friendly and accommodating crew. We couldn't be happier with everything Compass Restoration and Remodel did for us.

We recently worked with Conrad and Dwayne at Service Master by Compass to do a significant restoration project in our basement after some unexpected sewer issues.

They were extremely easy to work with on the project. They worked us into their schedule very quickly, which was much appreciated. They made you feel like they were your neighbor and always had your best interest in mind. They were patient,  listened to us,  and provided their expert opinion on what would work best for our basement.

The basement floor was not level to start, but they worked their magic to level it and lay continuous vinyl plank flooring throughout.  They have a great eye for design and brought creative solutions to the project to help us stay within our budget.
